The Original Call Brothers
In 1985, Jim and Edward Call created Call Brothers, which was initially a mobile DJ company. As time progressed, Edward decided to pursue a career in a different field, and Jim was now at the helm to conduct business and operations for the company. With Jim’s Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Theatre from Pepperdine University, the road ahead for Call Brothers was clear. As business and clientele grew, the company was beginning to make a name for themselves as a prominent contributor to creating quality live entertainment.
Partnership With Show Development WEst, Inc.
It wasn’t much later that Jim was introduced at a job to Gary Baker of Show Development West, Inc. Now with a more broad focus on the industry, including Gary’s experience with designing sets and overall looks for Fashion and Halloween entertainment, Jim and Gary have been working successfully in tandem, sharing warehouse space and clientele to pursue a wide variety of corporate entertainment across Southern California.
